  • Both hydrophilic head and lipophilic tail have biomass natural origin

Cationic surfactants GBA & GBE

GB means cationic hydrophilic head from Glycine Betaine, a natural component of sugar beets.

A represents the Amide lipophilic tail. E represents the Ester lipophilic tail. Both are vegetal oil origin.

SurfactGreen GBA C12

  • True cationic, stable at all pH.
  • Low surface tension, especially at pH 9-10
  • Antistatic effect
  • Thickening effect in acidic media
  • High emulsion stability

SurfactGreen GBE C18:1

  • Antistatic effect
  • Thickening effect in acidic media
  • High emulsion stability
  • Easy to breakdown with pH change

Anionic surfactants ALG & PECT

PECT series has an hydrophilic head from citrus’ pectin, together with a vegetal lipophilic tail.

ALG series has an hydrophilic head from seaweed, together with a vegetal lipophilic tail.

SurfactGreen ALG C18:1

  • High foaming surfactant with creamy touch
  • Both carboxylic acid and alcohol functionnalities
  • Effective surfactant for rinse aid
  • High emulsion stability

SurfactGreen PECT C12

  • High foaming surfactant with creamy touch
  • Both carboxylic acid and alcohol functionnalities
  • High emulsion stability

Non-ionic

ALG & PECT hydrophilic heads may also be esterified to produce innovative double lipophilic tailed surfactants. Lipophilic tails are either from C4 C4 corn based up to C18 C18 vegetal oil.
